Getting started

Set it up in an evening, or hand it to your agent.

Both paths end in the same place: a season with divisions and a roster, ready for evaluations. Nothing is saved until you have seen it.

Set it up yourself

Three steps, about twenty minutes.

  1. 1

    Name the season

One date decides every player’s league age.

  2. 2

    Pick your divisions

T-Ball through 12U come preset with age bands. Untick what you don’t run.

  3. 3

    Drop in your registration export

Sports Connect, TeamSnap, or a spreadsheet saved as CSV. Columns are detected, divisions matched, and you review before anything is saved.

Have your roster file at hand. Everything else can wait.

Point your AI agent at it

Connect once. Then just say what you want.

The Perfect League works from Claude or ChatGPT. Say “Set up Fall 2026 with 8U and 10U and import this roster.” Setup steps happen after you say yes in the chat; imports, field availability, and schedules come back as a preview link you approve here.

How to connect

A season, in order

Every step of the season, one place.

The product reveals itself in the order a season happens. You never meet the schedule builder before you have teams, or the draft before you have scores.

  1. 01

    Evaluations

Coaches score from their phones. Check-in shows who has arrived and who still needs a score.

    118 of 124 scored
  2. 02

    Draft night

The board every coach already understands, balanced before the first pick. Coaches join with a code, no account.

    The schedule

Built from the fields and times your league can actually book. Families subscribe once; changes flow to the same feed.

The idea

One product for the whole season, not five logins.

Most leagues stitch together a spreadsheet, a scheduling site, GameChanger, and a group text. When evaluations, the draft, the schedule, and family updates share one record, the commissioner’s Tuesday night gets shorter, and the next commissioner inherits a league instead of a folder.

Evaluations

Turn field scores into a draft board

Score at the field

Open a shared station or give each evaluator a link. The form handles ratings, timed drills, and yes/no checks on a phone screen.

Set the weights

Choose how much each skill contributes to a player's composite score. The ranked draft board updates from those choices.

See what is missing

Check-in shows who has arrived and which players still need a score. Walk-ups can be added at the field.

The draft order

Balance the draft before the first pick

Some players need to stay with a coach, sibling, or friend. Add those assignments before the draft. The proposed order changes to account for the evaluation scores already on each roster.

The calculation starts with each player's composite evaluation score. If a roster begins with higher-rated players, its first available pick moves later.

Review the proposal

You see the full order before draft night. Snake, linear, and manual formats remain available when your league uses a different approach.

Draft night

Keep every screen on the same pick

Coaches see the draft board and available players on their own phones. Spectators can follow the same room as picks are recorded.

Follow the room

The current team, latest picks, and available players stay in view while the draft moves. A recorded pick appears across the room as soon as it is confirmed.

Correct a pick

The commissioner can pause the room, undo or edit a selection, and swap players. Irreversible changes require confirmation.

The season's schedule

Build the schedule from the fields you have

Coaches submit practice preferences from a link. You assign the available slots, generate division matchups, and publish a schedule that families can open or subscribe to.

Pricing

Free while we’re in early access.

Paid plans start with the first season that begins after spring 2027: one plan, one rate. You pay for active players, anyone rostered in a season that was unarchived at any point that month, counted once a month. A season is about three months, so a 100-player league pays about $105 a season. Archive a season and it stops counting from the next month; the published schedule stays up.

One rate

35¢

per active player per month, everything included

Minimum

$9

a month, charged whenever the per-player total comes to less

Worked example

$515

a season of 490 active players for 3 months at the same 35¢

Leagues created during early access pay half for two years. We email every commissioner 90 days before the first charge. No card now. Pricing details
